Warranty & Return

Standard Warranty

All of our products carry a standard 1 year warranty unless otherwise stated on the product and/or its product page. If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.


Our warranty works on a Return To Base basis. This means that should a fault occur with your product, it will need to be returned to us for assessment.

Easy Warranty Assessment

On a case-by-case basis, we may be able to process your warranty claim upon receiving an appropriate photo and/or video demonstrating the fault - so you don't have to spend time and money to send back the product. Please contact us to proceed in such way. 

Change of mind

Please choose carefully as we are not obliged to refund or exchange due to a change of mind. 

Parcel received damaged or incorrect product

If there is an extensive damage to the package when it arrives, or it arrives with an incorrect product, please contact us immediately with your order number. 

Please Note

Warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Liquid/Moisture, sand/dust, impact/abuse or any other physical damage will not be covered under the warranty. The original receipt is required for a warranty claim.
